Access Softek Mobile Finance Manager (MFM)™

Synergent partners with Access Softek Mobile Banking to offer the highly configurable mobile banking package, Mobile Finance Manager (MFM)^™. Using SymConnect, Jack Henry’s open strategy for integration, MFM connects seamlessly to the Symitar^® platform hosted by Synergent. Not only does it have the advantage of not being dependent on a specific online banking system, but it also provides support for the most popular downloadable applications.

Mobile Deposit Capture

Synergent partners with Ensenta to offer a mobile deposit capture product that is integrated with Access Softek. This solution provides real-time posting via a Shared Branching transaction, allowing funds to be deposited immediately!

SMS Text Platform

Text-savvy members can use their smartphones to enroll in mobile banking through the WAP and signup for SMS Text banking. By sending quick text commands to a phone number, these members can receive information such as their account balance and history, and even transfer funds!

JHA PayCenter

This umbrella program allows credit unions to offer services for members to send and receive real-time payments. This includes Zelle and The Clearing House RTP® solutions for account-to-account, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-business, and business-to-business transactions. It is completely integrated with the Jack Henry Symitar core.

RTP Receive

Credit unions are able to use RTP Receive for all types of immediate payments. This includes a variety of payroll types (such as gig and rideshare, among others), payroll disbursements, digital wallet transfers, and account-to-account transfers.

For almost anyone with a U.S. checking or savings account, Zelle® is an easy-to-use person-to-person (P2P) payments solution. It has full integration with mobile and online banking solutions, as well as with the Jack Henry Symitar® core.
